Slimavite Diet day 79 and weigh in

So this week aunt flo has reared her ugly head arghhhhhh which always means massive water retention for me :( so I was completely expecting this weeks result to be worse then it actually was. But I was pleasantly suprised when I stepped on the scales this morning to see that although I hadnt lost and poundage this week I also hadnt gained any ! hooorah.....The old me would have got upset and disheartened at this result but the new me is proud that I have lost over a stone and am managing to maintain that weight and its all thanks to slimavite!
