Soooo its that time of the week again its weigh in day. I was actually dreading it as I sneakily weighed myself on monday morning when normally I only weigh myself once a week and horror! After last weeks amazing 4 lb loss I was devastated to find I'd put a pound on over the weekend and I'd ate reasonably healthily too darn that roast dinner on sunday lol. Well I wasnt having this so I've been extra careful with what I am eating this week and also been hitting the 30 day shred quite hard too and so come this morning I was prepared to step on the scales...As I looked down and the counter finally came to a stop.....
2lb Weight loss
Whoop whoop not only did I shift that nasty pound that snuck on but another one too bringing my weight down to 12st 2lb from the the 13st 4lb I was when I started slimavite!
Really excited as my dream of fitting into smaller clothes are one step closer
