OK so today is weigh in day.....Ive tried to keep it to Thursdays every week for a steady result. And i have to say I'm a bit deflated i have lost 0 lbs this week and Ive been extra good no slips ups lots of exercise and salad extra so i can really understand why Ive not lost anything.....But ho hum instead of getting upset and disheartened i am just vowing to keep going and hopefully the figures will start coming down again soon!
