Review: Tiddley Pom Baby Massage Products

I love a good massage well who wouldn't, some precious time alone to unwind, relax and let the tensions flow away. So when I had my daughter and I was handed the various information leaflets about on baby massage it was a natural thing for me to treat her to that wonderous feeling too. Shes a bit older now but still loves nothing more then a nice relaxing massage from mummy so when I was approached to try a new natural baby spa product from Tiddley Pom I jumped at the chance. Well my little girl likes pampering as much as mummy does!

The product itself comes in lovely natural looking packaging with a little bee on that creates thoughts of winnie the pooh and the hundred acre woods. And they also sent along with it a really informative dvd that explains how to prepare for the massage, and the steps to follow to give your baby that blissed out feeling (which my friends have all borrowed at some point too).

Now the oil isn't very scented which I was kind of dissapointed about but then thats probably a good thing if you are using it on younger babies as harsher scents often come from harsher chemicals that definately aren't natural and really shouldnt be going near the pillowy soft skin a new born has.Its very easy to massage with and absorbs well without leaving the skin feeling greasy which is my biggest bug bear when I have a massage.Although I did find that I had to use quite a bit possibly because I am now massaging a toddler not a baby lol.

All in all it is a very nice product. It retails at £7.99 for the massage oil and £15 for the dvd, which im not sure I would have purchased had I been buying this myself but that being said it definately is useful if you are new to baby massage.

Mya my daughter gives it a big thumbs up too and theres nothing better then a calm and collected toddler before bedtime!
